What services do you offer?
I do photography both outdoors and in a studio, for couples, engagements, elopements, families, children (excluding newborns), and portraits. Of course, I specialize in weddings.
Do you also deliver high-resolution photographs?
Certainly, when I provide a service, I make a first selection of the shots, edit them, and initially deliver them to you in low resolution. Upon completion of the work, I will provide you with the high-resolution photographs without any restrictions.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
The prices I provide are all inclusive of VAT.
How many people will be there?
I will definitely be there, and upon request, I can bring along a trusted collaborator. However, it depends on the type of service requested.
Who will take the photos during my wedding?
Both I and my second photographer, if requested, will take the photos. If, for unforeseen reasons, my collaborator cannot be there, I will rely on colleagues who are professionals in the field and available on that day to help me out.
Do you also provide videography services?
I offer a basic videography service through an external provider with one operator and the delivery of 2 video edits, one 3 minutes long and another 15 minutes long (note: maximum duration of the provided video edits). For additional services such as an additional operator or drone service, I can provide you with contacts for specialized studios that offer these services. Personally, I mainly focus on photography services.
How long does your service last?
It depends on the service requested, but generally from 2 to 12 hours.
What is included in the service?
My basic service includes: The requested duration of photography service, my presence, photo selection, processing and conversion, and delivery in high-definition .Jpg format upon completion of the job.
Is the album included in the service?
The album has a separate cost, however, I have designed packages that include both the service and the album.
Do you work on more than one wedding in a day?
It depends. If on a particular date, a couple requests a 4 or 6-hour service in the morning (for example), I consider myself available for another service in the afternoon. However, I tend to book only one service per day, so it’s first come, first served.
Do you only work in Tuscany or are you willing to travel? How much would the travel surcharge be?
Certainly, it is very exciting for me to discover new places and photograph weddings in locations where I have never been or only been a few times. As for the travel surcharge, we can agree on the expenses that I will have to cover.
How far in advance should I contact you?
There is no exact timing, of course, based on availability. If a couple requests me first for a specific date, they will have priority. If I receive another request for the same day, I will contact the couple who has priority to know their intentions. However, whoever signs the contract first will secure the date.
Do you retouch the photos?
It depends on the service requested. If I am commissioned for a file-only service, the photos will be processed using specialized software for color, light, shadow, etc. If the service also includes an album, some photos will also be retouched using Photoshop. However, I won’t change the essence of the photo.
How long does it take for you to deliver the photos?
The delivery times depend on the service requested:
Only photo service – 2 months from the service date
Photo and video – 3 months
Photo, video, and album – 5/6 months

What are the payment methods?
Usually, I come to an agreement with the parties involved. The down payment, which is non-refundable, to secure the requested date is 500.00 €, plus two or three more installments upon the delivery of all photographic and, if necessary, video material.
